Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will meet your safari guide and begin your Tanzania adventure. You will travel to Materuni Village, located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, for a beautiful cultural and nature experience. Enjoy a guided walk through the lush countryside to Materuni Waterfall, surrounded by stunning scenery and tropical vegetation.
Depending on your arrangements, you may also experience a traditional coffee tour and learn about the local coffee-making process. After the excursion, continue to your lodge for a relaxing evening.
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most beautiful wildlife destinations. Enjoy a game drive through the park, famous for its impressive baobab trees, large elephant herds and diverse wildlife. You may encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes and many species of birds.
Enjoy a picnic lunch during the safari before continuing your wildlife exploration. In the late afternoon, leave the park and proceed to your accommodation.
After breakfast, travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. The crater offers excellent opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, wildebeest and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater while taking in the breathtaking surroundings.
After the game drive, ascend from the crater and continue to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, depart for Arusha National Park for a memorable wildlife and nature experience. Enjoy a game drive through the park, with opportunities to see giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, monkeys and a variety of bird species. The park also offers beautiful views of Mount Meru and scenic landscapes.
After the park visit, transfer to Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your Hotel in Zanzibar. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax or explore the historic atmosphere of Stone Town.
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxing day in Zanzibar. You may explore the historic streets of Stone Town, visit local markets and cultural attractions, or simply enjoy the island’s beautiful atmosphere. Alternatively, spend your day relaxing at the beach or choose an optional excursion such as a spice tour, boat trip or marine activity.
Return to your hotel for a relaxing evening and enjoy your final night in Zanzibar.
After breakfast, enjoy your final morning in Zanzibar at leisure. Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your onward flight home, marking the end of your Tanzania safari and Zanzibar beach holiday.
